Billing Boats 528 Smit Nederland

De Smit Nederland is gebouwd in 1979 bij de BV Scheepswerft & Machinefebriek 'De Merwede' in Hardinzveld. Lengte 28,40 m, breedte 8,85 m, diepgang 3,85 m. Het schip wordt aangedreven door twee 'Stork Werkspoor' dieselmotoren, waarvan de 1000 tpm 1800 pk leveren. De topsnelheid is 12 knopen; de actieradius is 2.250 mijl. Een bijzonder detail van dit schip zijn de schroeven, die zijn uitgerust met omkeerbare bladen in straalstromen, en twee basinroeren die zorgen voor een goede wendbaarheid.

om te bouwen heb je verschillende lijmen, een hobbymes, schuurpapier, porienvuller, verf, ... nodig
billingboats werkt met humbrolverf maar U kan ook andere verf gebruiken zoals Tamiya of vallejo
de humbrolverf is de volgende 22 / 23 /18 /9/3/99/21/40/24/48/20/12/5 en eventueel beits
om te varen heb je nog nodig :
twee motoren, ontstoorders, koppelingen, bedrading en stekkers, marinevet, roerservo, zender en ontvanger, en esc
u kan ook de boot uitrusten met lichtjes maar dat moet U doen terwijl U bouwt.
deze kunnen dan eventueel op afstand op en afgezet worden
